What sales and aftersales support can you expect from Suzuki and our dealer network during this latest period of enhanced COVID restrictions?
The safety of our customers and dealer colleagues is of utmost importance and, following latest Government direction, the new and used car sales departments of Suzuki dealerships are now temporarily closed as per Government guidance.
Service departments remain open and continue to provide you with all the services you may need, such as vehicle servicing, NCT testing, fault diagnosis etc. To ensure your safety, our dealers operate on an appointment only basis. Staff wear face coverings and use appropriate protective equipment, as well as accept payment via card transaction.
Vehicle handovers from our service departments continue to be carried out in a COVID compliant and safe manner, with social distancing observed within a designated hand over area. Vehicles are prepared in advance, fully valeted and sanitised prior to handover.
Depending on regularly updated Government guidance and COVID status, our dealers are still very much open for business (albeit digitally in some cases). You can find your local dealer through our dealer locator and a quick call to them will establish what services they can currently provide.
Suzuki dealers pride themselves on customer service and our sales teams are on hand remotely to discuss your requirements either by telephone, via video or on social media. They can share video walk arounds of new and used cars and send directly so that you can explore our products in your own time.
We can also share video footage of how key vehicle features operate, so that you can become familiar with these before taking delivery itself. Should you wish to explore alternative delivery solutions (for example to your home), our dealer network can support this.
