Suzuki Assistance

If your car is registered on or after the 1st of January 2019,

In the event of a breakdown or an accident, you can give our Suzuki Assistance team a call on 1800 289 004 or from outside the Republic of Ireland 00 353 1 649 7412 and help will be on its way.

For every new Suzuki, for three years, 24 hours a day, we provide the following when the breakdown is in Ireland or Northern Ireland:

• UK and European cover
• Roadside assistance
• Homestart
• Recovery

If we can't complete the repair there and then we provide:

• A loan car for up to 72 hours
• or public transport costs
• or hotel accommodation

For breakdowns in Europe (excluding Northern Ireland), we provide:

• Roadside and home assistance
• Garage storage
• Onward travel or hotel accommodation
• Vehicle repatriation (abroad)
• Vehicle collection after repairs
• Additional car hire
• Theft Abroad
• Spare Parts
• Theft or loss of essential documents
• Message service to family, employer or next appointment, if requested
• Again, for every new Suzuki, for three years, 24 hours a day

Of course, we hope you’ll never actually need any of the above. But it’s good to know it’s there for you.
