If your car is registered on or after the 1st of January 2019,
In the event of a breakdown or an accident, you can give our Suzuki Assistance team a call on 1800 289 004 or from outside the Republic of Ireland 00 353 1 649 7412 and help will be on its way.
For every new Suzuki, for three years, 24 hours a day, we provide the following when the breakdown is in Ireland or Northern Ireland:
- UK and European cover
- Roadside assistance
- Homestart
- Recovery
If we can't complete the repair there and then we provide:
- A loan car for up to 72 hours
- or public transport costs
- or hotel accommodation
For breakdowns in Europe (excluding Northern Ireland), we provide:
- Roadside and home assistance
- Garage storage
- Onward travel or hotel accommodation
- Vehicle repatriation (abroad)
- Vehicle collection after repairs
- Additional car hire
- Theft Abroad
- Spare Parts
- Theft or loss of essential documents
- Message service to family, employer or next appointment, if requested
- Again, for every new Suzuki, for three years, 24 hours a day
